Q: Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?
A: All of our products are unique and produced only once ordered. This means that cancelations, returns, and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong design, color, size, or simply changed their mind.

We utilize a network of suppliers to offer a wider selection, and each supplier may have different shipping rates. The exact cost will be clearly displayed in your shopping cart during the checkout after you enter your postcode.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Similar to shipping costs, delivery times can vary based on the chosen supplier and your location. Estimated delivery timeframes will be displayed in your cart for each item.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: No, we do not offer international shipping.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: All of our products are unique and produced only once ordered. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong design, color, size, or simply changed their mind.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be either damaged while in delivery or with a manufacturing error. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, provide a clear photo showing the issue, and pack the damaged item in its original packaging.
In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error - incorrect or faulty product, we offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery.

After this you will receive an email with a one-time 6 digits code that you have to enter when asked for. NO PASSWORDS REQUIRED! All log-ins are done with these codes sent to your email.
