Refund policy

All of our products are unique and produced only once ordered. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong design, color, size, or simply changed their mind.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be either damaged while in delivery or with a manufacturing error. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, provide a clear photo showing the issue, and pack the damaged item in its original packaging if required.

In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error - incorrect or faulty product, we offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that a free reprint is not offered in these cases:

  • Lost orders with an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
  • Products that were received as requested; however, the customer wishes to have another size, color, or design instead.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All issues must be documented and reported along with clear images or videos sent to team@royalwallwhispers.com.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
